Anticipating a crowd of thousands of Black Alumni, the weekend’s core events will kick-off on Thursday, July 28, 2022 with a rousing Welcome to Chicago Reception from 7 p.m. until Midnight.  The inaugural Big 10 BANboree Welcome Reception is an evening filled with networking against the backdrop of 14 campus-themed pavilions (one for each Big 10university), cash bar cocktails and mobile food purchasing carts featuring some of Chicago’s most iconic restaurant selections.
